Returns Policy

So what happens if you get your new thingy and it’s not exactly what you wanted, or your other half already ordered one, or you just don’t like the colour anymore? Just send it back. Pop a note in telling us who you are and why you are returning your thingy and we will do the rest. We make a check to make sure the item is still in good condition then a refund will be made back into your account

You will be responsible for the return costs, we wish this was not the case but being a small company selling many low value items we just couldn’t keep our prices so competitive and low (because these costs always ultimately come back to the customer no matter how big the company!). We don’t however charge a restocking fee we just make Roger work a bit harder in the warehouse 🙂

If your item is damaged or faulty we will leap into action to replace, repair, or whatever else is a suitable solution for you. Just get in touch
